Prime Dine Vibe

Legal · effective 1 August 2026

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information when you book, enquire or dine with us.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Dine Vibe (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit primedinevibe.com, make a reservation, enquire about private dining, order for collection or dine with us. It applies from 1 August 2026.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to serve you well:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number and email address when you book or enquire.
  • Booking details — date, time, party size, seating preferences, occasions and notes you choose to share.
  • Dietary and allergy information — only when you tell us, and only to prepare your food safely.
  • Payment information — card and mobile-wallet payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Website data — basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate time of visit, collected through cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information

  • To confirm, manage and remind you about reservations and events.
  • To answer questions sent through our forms, email or phone.
  • To prepare food safely when you share allergies or dietary needs.
  • To issue bills, receipts and invoices and to keep accounting records.
  • To improve our menu, service and website using anonymised, aggregated information.
  • To send occasional news or offers — only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal information because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for (such as a reservation), to meet our legal and tax obligations, for our legitimate interest in running and improving the restaurant, or because you have given consent (for example, to marketing messages).

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as our website host, form and email services, and payment processors — under obligations of confidentiality, or with authorities where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for up to 24 months so we can recognise returning guests and resolve any disputes. Financial records are kept for the period required by tax law. Form submissions that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

7. How we protect it

Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to booking and enquiry records is limited to staff who need it, protected by individual logins. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention duties), or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us through our Contact page, by email at contact@primedinevibe.com or by phone on +880 1740-449950. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Our website and booking service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children. A parent or guardian should make bookings that include children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will always show the latest version.
