Three kitchens.
One unhurried table.

Prime Dine Vibe brings wok-fired Chinese classics, delicate pan-Asian plates and slow-cooked traditional recipes into one calm, candle-lit dining room. Order across all three kitchens, share everything, and let the evening run at your pace.

The house

A dining room built for the long dinner

Good restaurants feed you. The ones you return to remember you. Prime Dine Vibe was planned around that second idea — a four-star dining room where the cooking is serious, the service is attentive without hovering, and nobody is in a hurry to turn your table.

Our menu is written by three kitchens working side by side. The Wok Kitchen handles Cantonese and Sichuan-style classics over a roaring flame. The Asian Kitchen builds dim sum, Thai curries and lighter pan-Asian plates. The Heritage Kitchen keeps the slow work alive — dum-sealed biryani, mustard-laced fish curries and the rich bhuna dishes that need hours, not minutes.

You do not have to choose one. A table of four might start with steamed har gow, move to a Thai green curry and a plate of beef kala bhuna, and finish with rasmalai and a pot of masala tea. That freedom is the point of the place.

I · Wok Kitchen

Chinese, fired hard

Kung pao chicken, salt-and-pepper prawns, Sichuan beef and hand-tossed chow mein — cooked in seconds over a flame hot enough to give every plate real wok hei.

II · Heritage Kitchen

Slow food, the old way

Mutton kacchi sealed with dough and cooked on dum, hilsa in mustard, chicken roast and bhuna khichuri. Recipes that take hours and taste like a family gathering.

III · Asian & Sweet Kitchen

Steam, spice and sugar

The craft

Cooked to order, plated with patience

Nothing on our menu is pre-plated or held under a lamp. Wok dishes go out within a minute of leaving the flame, dim sum is steamed in small batches through service, and heritage dishes are cooked once a day in measured quantities — when the biryani handi is finished, it is finished.

Our chefs taste every sauce at the start of each service and again at the pass. Spice levels are adjusted on request, and the floor team will always tell you honestly which dishes travel well together and which are better on their own.
